Scholarships

We encourage students who are pursuing post-secondary education to apply for scholarships to help reduce the costs of their post-secondary education. There are countless scholarships available to our students and we want to help students find these scholarships and support them in applying for them. One way to find scholarships is to sign up to www.scholarshipscanada.com and receive free information and alerts about nation-wide scholarships that students qualify for. To keep organized and never miss a deadline, download our Scholarship Tracking Sheet. And don't forget to make an appointment with Mrs. Mandrusiak, our Career Counsellor, to discuss all of the funding options available to you.

Local Scholarships

Our school division publishes a Local Scholarship Booklet with over $75,000 worth of scholarships to help students in our school division achieve their dream. All grade 12 students are encouraged to apply for our local scholarships.

Click the button below to view our 2024 Local Scholarship Booklet. To apply for many of our internal local scholarships, please click the "APPLY NOW" button below to access the online application form. For the external and school-specific scholarships, please refer to the individual scholarship listings in the booklet to learn how to apply.

Student Loans & Grants

Student loans are different than scholarships and bursaries. The money received from a student loan needs to be repaid after you complete your post-secondary program and after a 6 month grace period. Visit the Student Aid Alberta website to complete the online application and you will be assessed for both Alberta Student Loans and Canada Student Loans, as well as provincial and national grants.
