How Do I Get There? - EMS
The Rural Health Professions Action Plan (RhPAP) is excited to invite your students to the next How Do I Get There? session for the 2024/2025 school year. RhPAP hosts this webinar series targeted to rural high school students and others who are contemplating a healthcare career in rural Alberta. Guests can include representatives from post-secondary institutions that offer healthcare programs, current students in those programs and healthcare professionals in that particular health profession.
How Do I Get There? – Emergency Medical Services will be hosted in partnership with AHS EMS, Alberta College of Paramedics, and Northwestern Polytechnic via Zoom on Tuesday, February 11 at 6 PM.
The session will include:
- An overview of career opportunities in EMS
- Insights into training pathways & career progression
- The chance to connect with experienced Paramedics & hear about their real-life experiences
- Time for questions to help you plan your journey in EMS
